Ordering From Zamtech

Products:-
All products offered for sale are “as seen” and on a business to business bases. The purchaser should ascertain that the product or service offered is appropriate for the intended use and therefore fit for purpose.
Descriptions of vehicles, plant and equipment may be generic and should not be relied on for detailed specification and technical details.
Purchasing:-
Any product or service purchased from Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd will be subject to the following procedures:-
On ordering a 25% deposit is required to secure the item. On receipt of cleared funds for the deposit Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd will prepare a final invoice to include export shipping if required. The purchaser will provide a preferred port for delivery. Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd will advise the purchaser of departure dates of vessels to that Port.
The balance in full must be paid 7 days prior to the vessel’s departure date including the cost of shipping if applicable,
Transfer of Title:-
Title of the good shall not transfer from Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd until full payment has been received as cleared funds.
Warranty:-
Goods supplied new from the Manufacturer will warranted according to the Manufacturers terms and conditions. Goods supplied which are previously owned are sold as seen and no warranty, either written nor implied is offered.
Cancellation:-
Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is accepted and deposit paid. Since many of items we supply are to special order or made/modified to customer’s precise requirements they cannot be restocked.
Shipping:-
Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd may undertake to arrange, on the buyers behalf and cost, shipping from a UK Port to the buyers designated Port in the Country of delivery. Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd responsibility for the goods will terminate upon delivery to the allocated UK Port.
Law:-
Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd is registered in England Company number 6755113 and as such operates under English Law. All contracts either written or implied shall be deemed to be subject to English Law.
Bills of Lading:-
Unless otherwise arranged and agreed two original and one copy of the Bills of Lading will be despatched by Courier whilst the Vessel is at sea and in time to effect collection of the goods at the destination port.
Agents:-
If Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd is arranging shipping then the companies agent in the destination port will handle incoming documentation. Consignees may not appoint another agent without prior agreement, in writing, by Zamtech DRC (UK) Ltd
Customs, Duty, Importation Legalities, Clearance, Disbursements:-
The purchaser shall be responsible for any local costs and disbursements at the receiving Port and for ensuring that the importation of the goods is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
